Ngan Vien provided excellent guidance about the purchasing process: from understanding my needs, budgets, and concerns, to selecting the houses, strategically & successfully putting the offers with a fair market price, and finally getting ready for closing.
She is very responsive - I had not very good experience with other agents before Ngan Vien, as they were not responsive and many times tried to hook me in a deal. The experience with Ngan Vien was completely different. She didn’t force.
